[EU] Currency Change – Isle of Man

We plan to implement a currency change for Square Enix Accounts registered to the Isle of Man by the end of January 2025 which will affect your subscriptions to the services set out below. Currently, any payments for these accounts are charged in Euros (EUR). After the change, the accounts will instead be charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). This affects all payments made for FINAL FANTASY XI and FINAL FANTASY XIV. Any recurring subscriptions on affected accounts will be automatically cancelled before the change and customers will need to set up a new recurring subscription. A notification will also be sent out to the email addresses registered on all impacted accounts.
